Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Offerings

The Hewlin Group (THG) specializes in shaping more inclusive work cultures by bringing out the best in people in the workplace while enhancing workplace relationships. Our expertise includes leadership development, conflict resolution, change management, employment law, team building, as well as DEI training and action planning. The following is a “snapshot” of our DEI offerings.

  • Listening Sessions: Small group conversations regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Our experienced facilitators promote safety and sensitivity within these important sessions.
  • DEI 101 – Learning Sessions: Interactive sessions that offer a brief definitional overview of core topics relevant to today’s conversations (e.g., diversity, equity, inclusion, systemic discrimination, microaggressions, unconscious bias, etc.).
  • Customized Training: While we offer à la carte training, we find that training is most impactful when it is tailored to the needs of the organization, based upon the feedback we receive in the listening sessions. Our training is rooted in extensive, research-based organizational development theory and practice. Topics include the following:
